Sinéad is a psychologist, school counsellor and coach with professional training in both Ireland and the Netherlands, working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. Sinéad’s approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and centred on supporting holistic wellbeing, helping clients to build on their strengths while developing practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
Sinéad’s primary therapeutic modalities are Cognitive Behavuoural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), complemented by elements of Dialectical Behavuour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic-based strategies. She tailors each intervention to the unique needs of the individual, combining evidence-based techniques with a warm, compassionate and culturally sensitive approach.
Sinéad has particular experience supporting with anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, school and academic concerns, life transitions, and adolescent development. Her goal is to help clients develop resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
